One balmy day while sipping the coffee from mug, I just found out that everything is not ok with my laptop as it repudiates to start. "Oh my god! The website of the company appears to be just fine and plan they are offering seemed to be really reasonable. I again called my friend Mike to check out the credibility of PCCare247. He gave me imprecise nod ahead and cautioned me before I proceed as many like-named players but charlatans are operating in this domain. But my intuition is pushing me to go with it and finally I acquiesced with my will.


The Real Accost

Once I called up PCCare247 on their toll-free number, I was greeted with warmth and they patiently attended my issue. The sales guy Steve was really considerate in his approach and he directed me to his technical expert to dig-deep into the root cause of my laptop problem. The techie took remote session of my laptop and after thorough investigation; he told me that my system has just crashed due to virus infection. The virus has sneaked in as I used virus-infected pen drive. I was really perturbed but he calmed my nerves and told me that all will be fine and he can repair my system in two-three hours. Then, I was rerouted to Steve who told me that this is a paid service and if I want to shield my computer from the attack of viruses and other malware, I should buy their plan which will give me a year round fix of all my laptop issues at just $169. Without a second thought, I brought the plan and now I congratulate myself for taking a right decision at a right moment.


Closing Remarks

Now after 10 months of buying the plan, my laptop has encountered with three-four major technical snags and every time PCCare247 has come for rescue like a true chum. Lately, I have come across some reviews about PCCare247, which are full of disingenuous quotes like PCCare247 guys are misleading or they use fraudulent means and so on. These quotes are definitely directed to smudge the image of a customer-dedicated organization. The guys with whom I dealt were totally warm and friendly and they have no deceitful intentions. Neither I am a staunch supporter of PCCare247 nor am I being paid to write all this. I am not biased at all and giving here my unprejudiced views as I think that guys at PCCare247 really deserve an applaud for their feats in customer satisfaction.
